はじめまして、Delicious Dining Clubです

まずは、スタートしたばかりのこのメディアに期待してくださり、さっそくここを読んでくださっている方々に、心から御礼を申し上げたいと思います。

Delicious Dining Clubは、昨年の春に有志の仲間で結成して始めたプロジェクトです。やりたいことはいろいろあるのですが、まずは知ってもらうことだ！ということで、まずは公式サイトというメディアを立ち上げることにしました。

Message欄にも書いたのですが、料理を作ること、食べること、飲むこと、集まって楽しむこと……そういう、私たちと同じことが好きな人たちに役立つ情報を、それぞれの得意技を生かして発信することができたら、というシンプルな信念で集まったチームメンバーです。

このブログでは、撮影の様子や、チームメンバーがそれぞれ思うこと…などを書きつづっていきたいと思います。参加型サイトですので、皆さんもご意見ご感想、いろいろくださいね。

最初の挨拶なのでちょっと真面目にいきましたが、基本はリラックスして楽しく！ですので、今後ともどうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

First of all, we thank you for joining us, reading this blog on the very day we started off this brand-new site.

We formed the team for Delicious Dining Club and started photo sessions last spring. We have a big ambition and a lot of things we wish to do, so decided firstly to set up an official site to let people know about DDC.

As shown in our Message from the Team, our simple aim is to share fun and good ideas on cooking, dining and entertaining with you, bringing together our professional skills for cooking, styling, photography and editing.

In this blog we will write about The Making of DDC: what happened in every photo session, useful tips, and everyday life of each of us. Your comments are more than welcome so please feel free to talk to us.
